Ability to order tasks in today view
Need to be able to drag tasks up and down the list when in today view, and any other view where it makes sense. Appreciate if tasks are ordered by certain things (e.g. alphabetical) this doesnt make sense, but in today view, you should be able to order a day. Thanks!
Links in task descriptions
Much like on the official Tasks page, pasting links into the task description should make them clickable links
Support batch task operations in KiteTasks MCP
Creating hundreds of tasks currently requires one MCP call per task, making subscription imports slow. Please add batch create, update, move, and delete operations with: Per-item results containing task IDs and errors. Idempotency keys for safe retries after partial failures. Parent references within a batch for creating reports and subtasks together. Explicit ordering and documented batch-size limits. This would reduce round trips while preserving reliable recovery and verification.
Ability to share task lists with other people
Hello, It would be useful for managing things like family groceries or shared tasks with friends/colleagues. Is there any plan to add a way to invite others to view and edit a list together?
Offline Support for MacOS
Our internet goes out sometimes for days. Had to switch to an app that supports complete offline use. Would switch back if kite tasks still functioned offline and updated your Google tasks once you reconnected. Not sure if that would be possible, but would be a great feature. The Google Tasks android app functions in this manner. The widgets looks great btw! Thank you.
Calendar Month View on Upcoming Tab Mac OS
I would love to have the option to view the tasks in a month like view instead of the columns, it gives me more information than the columns.
MULTISELECT
It would be nice to be able to multi select tasks, e.g. select 3-5 overdue tasks all at once

Not having brazilian portuguese when quick capturing tasks is a bit difficult
Hide dock item
I would love to have this app open all the time since I enjoy the global hotkey to open the quick entry to-do menu but as someone who hates having apps open in their dock I find myself avoiding this. It would be nice if there was an app setting to hide the dock item and instead have the app live in the menu bar.
MCP Connector
Google does not provide an MCP connection with Google Tasks. It would be great if KiteTasks added an MCP server option for those of us who want to integrate our Google Tasks with Claude. This way I can work within KiteTasks but also keep track of all my tasks, time ledger, and etc within Claude for my business needs.
macOS Desktop Widget
Would be great to have a small, medium, large widget with Today’s or upcoming or specific lists of tasks. This is a great app, thanks.
Allow calendar filtering
I have ~10 calendars in my Apple calendars, if I turn them on there’s only one or two I wanna see alongside my tasks, but currently it’s an all or nothing approach. It would be great to allow the user to select which Apple calendars they would like to display
Support times
Tasks from Google Tasks can have a time attached, but there’s no way to add (through natural language capture or otherwise) a time to Tasks created via Kitetasks, and times added in the Google Tasks web UI don’t show in the Mac app
