Tasks from Google Tasks can have a time attached, but there’s no way to add (through natural language capture or otherwise) a time to Tasks created via Kitetasks, and times added in the Google Tasks web UI don’t show in the Mac app
Unfortunetly this is not possible at the moment. It’s an ongoing fight with google to support it on the API. In the meantime I added a “Open in Google Tasks” so whenever you have to set the time or recurrence of a task you can land directly there
Also if you upvote these open issues you might make a bit of pressure for google to prioritize the official support in the API:
